
Food vs Supplements, which is better?
- This is one of the most argued/controversial questions within the bodybuilding world. Many argue that supplements are an essential, and many argue they are a waste of money. However, in my opinion, supplements are a waste of money to those who have well rounded diets and meals.
- For those who lack in some areas maybe the like of creatine, supplements can play a big boost in their athletic performance however for those who have enough of it in their diet it will not benefit them half as much and will essentially become excess and be wasted by the body.
- I believe that those who hit their macros and micros should not have the need for supplements as it will not benefit them anymore than their diets, contrary to belief.
